Corey Wenzel

As Managing Partner of Crevo, Corey Wenzel directs a development portfolio exceeding $250 million across student housing, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial real estate.

He sets the firm’s strategic vision and drives its leadership and culture. Under his guidance, Crevo has built a high performing team of industry experts and positioned the company around three core verticals: Student, Hospitality, and Multifamily.

Corey is an Illinois native and a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he earned both an MBA and a BA in Accounting. He began his career as a CPA, then transitioned into real estate development where he quickly made his mark. In 2012, he founded Enclave and delivered SIUE’s first off campus student housing communities. He went on to develop more than 1,400 beds, establishing and sustaining market leadership for several years.
